“In the Same Breath” for piano solo was commissioned by and dedicated to Regina Yin An. The work was premiered at the Beckwith Recital Hall at the North Dakota State University in Fargo, ND on April 20, 2023.
The recording was taken at the Beckwith Recital Hall at NDSU on July 18, 2023 with two AKG SE300B as spot mics (near the inside of the piano) in ORTF and two DPA 4061s in AB stereo recording technique.
